  • Learn with Michael on a 1:1 basis about how to utilise meditation, breathwork and personal self-development practices to better your breathing, manage stress and regulate your nervous system.

    Learn personally & privately the insights and practices used in The Just Breathe Method and have have the on-going support from Michael to help navigate the big moments of your life and wellbeing.

    1:1 support is currently ONLINE ONLY

  • 1:1 support is a minimum 3 month commitment with;
    - Daily practice
    - Weekly commitments
    - Bi-monthly online zoom sessions

    Financial commitment is £600.00 - 900.00 p/m

    * Please be aware that only in rare occasions and special circumstances will Michael do one off private sessions. However please do ask, if there is a possibility, we'll let you know.
