Become a Certified Meditation Teacher


This 100 hour teacher immersive training is an agnostic teacher training dedicated to educating and supporting people who are ready to dive deeper into the practices of meditation, mindfulness and breathwork. This training method uses Nervous System Response Techniques (NRST) a multidisciplinary approach to help calm the mind, reduce hyper stimulation, manage stress and cultivate deep inward attention.

Throughout this course you’ll learn the tools and techniques to safely guide breathwork and meditation practices to regulate and support the nervous systems and create a calm and quiet connection within. This training will empower you with the understanding and approach to guide others safely. The Just Breathe Teacher Training course is a comprehensive method to functional and systematic breathwork techniques and a multidisciplinary approach to meditation.

  • This course is ideal for anyone with a genuine interest in learning the tools and techniques to support the mind and mental health of others. To ensure you are adequately prepared to participate in this training, we ask that you have had 3-6 months of personal breathwork and/or meditation practice.

  • Lecture and Learning
    9 hours of live online zoom sessions

    Techniques & Practices
    15 hours of pre-recorded on-demand course material and assessments. Students are required to complete this material before the 5-day immersion.

    Teaching Immersion
    50 hour teacher training immersion over 5 days.
